January 26: "My Favorite Quilt" a program presented by members, please come and participate!
February 23: "After the Top is Done"....everything you ever wanted to know about finishing your quilt to prepare it for a show, gifting, or a bedcover! Member program plus join along with the SYSSA group and participate in the SYSSA 2026 fabric exchange.
March 30: Lori Dickman of
Quilting With Lori
will present "Speedy Solutions to Cut/Organize your Scrap Stash" and scrappy quilts trunk show on Zoom. Learn how to organize all those scraps to make them sew ready. Fire up your creative juices as Lori demonstrates how to use even the odd bits to not only save money, but increase interest, and add beauty to your quilt making. Watch how her techniques can help you be more efficient, saving time and money.
April 27: "Art Quilts Made Easy" by Dr. Susan Kruszynski, art quilter. www.quiltingfabricsintime.com From Muskegon, Dr. Kruszynski teaches through the lens of nature. Be inspired by her beautiful and detailed works of art as she shares her vision and techniques.
April 28: Landscape art workshop by Dr. Kruszynski, details TBA.
May 18: "Playing with Color Value" by Caroline Oneto, textile artist. Lecture and trunk show by Zoom. Caroline is Chilean, she will be presenting from Brazil. She teaches internationally and was a teacher at the Grand Rapids 2025 AQS show. Listen and be inspired by her use of color as we view an international quilt journey.
June 29: "Red, White and Blue", Cal-Co Quilt Guild historical journey and celebration of the Sesquicentennial of 2026 Member Quilts.
September 28: Presented by Sue Cortese of SELC Fabrics. www.selcfabrics.com Sue has been our judge for several of our quilt shows. She is a quilter, fabric dyer, artist, long arm quilter, teacher, vendor, and a quilt judge. She lives in Holland, MI.
